Braulio Puma was born in Cusco Peru , he is a professional tour guide and he has studied at the Private Institute of “Americana del Cusco”. He has worked as an “adventure” guide on most of the Andean regions of Cusco. Nowadays, his goal is to learn more about the Flora and Fauna of the Cloud Forest ecosystem ,and to realize some projects for the indian communities, to develop some programs for the children in association with ecotourism. Currently, he is working at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel as an Explorer Guide.
William Polo was born in Cusco, Peru. As a child he lived in Oropesa town, where he developed and interested on the Inca culture. Two years later he moved to Cusco city and studied tourism and got the Official Tourism Guide degree at the ESITUR Institute. William worked for several years as a guide in the Cusco cathedral. He is currently working as a naturalist Explorer Guide at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel. While there he wants to improve his knowledge in flora and fauna of the cloud forest ecosystem and develop projects related to the sustainable tourism field.
Carmen Rosa was born in Pisac (a cozy town of artisans and farmers of the Sacred Valley). She studied at the Private Institute of “Antonio Lorena” and became a professional tour guide. Carmen Rosa loves to travel and meet people from different countries to share her Peruvian knowledge and culture. Carmen Rosa was able to improve her English while working at the handicraft market of Pisac. After concluding her studies, she worked for several companies such as at Pisac City hall developing a project of Living Tourism for 4 local communities. One of her main goals is to learn more about the flora and fauna of the Cloud Forest Ecosystem. Currently, she is working at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel as an Explorer Guide where she hopes to not only enhance her knowledge but also share Peru´s richness with our travellers.
Fermin was born in Cusco where he became an Official Tour Guide. As a guide Fermin lead many treks around Cusco like: Salkantay, Choquequirao and the Inca trail. He also had the chance to work as a Tour Conductor for several companies on the Southern Peru Circuit (that involves , Arequipa, Cusco and Puno).

Santos Ccasani was born in the city of Abancay, Apurimac. At very young age he discovered his great interest in Archeology. Santos decided to study Tourism in Cusco. During his studies, Santos realized that his passion was Ecotourism. By then not many agencies were involved with Ecotourism, so he chose to work in Hospitality. He studied languages and achieved to be part of the Inkaterra Explorer Guide team at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel. Currently Santos is learning about biodiversity at the Machu Picchu cloud forest. His main goal is to develop projects that contribute to environmental conservation.
