Braulio Puma was born in Cusco Peru , he is a professional tour guide and he has studied at the Private Institute of "Americana del Cusco". He has worked as an "adventure" guide on most of the Andean regions of Cusco. Nowadays, his goal is to learn more about the Flora and Fauna of the Cloud Forest ecosystem ,and to realize some projects for the indian communities, to develop some programs for the children in association with ecotourism. Currently, he is working at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel as an Explorer Guide.

Cecilia was born in Cusco, where she lived her whole life; she graduated in tourism at the University "San Antonio Abad del Cusco". Since she was a child she learned the importance of environmental conservation, now her goals are to show everybody how our nature works in order to be perfect, becoming part of a conservation program to improve it to have a sustainable development, and help to conserve the environment in my country. At the moment she is an Explorer Guide at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel.

Maria del Carmen was born and raised in Cusco; Manu to be more precise. It was also in Cusco that she studied tourism and English. While studying, Maria del Carmen participated in projects related to ecology and also joined an Ecology Group at her university. Once she graduated Maria del Carmen worked at the Regional Direction of Commerce and Tourism in Cuzco. There she was in charge of social and educational projects in the area as well as in attention and assistance for travelers. Maria del Carmen loves to worked surrounding herself with nature and adventure. She's now working at Inkaterra as an Explorer Guide. One of her aims at Inkaterra is to do a project oriented in conservation and sustainability of the environment and have the guests involved.

Jose Luis was born in Cusco city. There he studied tourism, and graduated as an Official Tourism Guide. Jose Luis worked as a freelance guide, specializing in adventure and history, and has the opportunity of guiding on most of Cusco's Andean region. While guiding he developed a special interest in the Andes and is currently interested in the flora and fauna of cloud forests. Fluent in Spanish and English, and experienced in French, Jose Luis is currently working at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo as part of the Ecotourism department.

Jannet Estrada was born in the Cuzco department. As a child Jannet discovered that one of the reasons why she decided to study tourism was to be able to show and tell the Inca history and her surroundings. Graduated in tourism, Jannet speaks English and is currently studying French. Jannet loves nature, enjoys travelling and is eager to meet people from as many different cultures, beliefs and nationalities as she can. Jannet fiorst worked as a guide in a series of museums in Cuzco and is now working as an Explorer Guide at Inkaterra. As an Explorer Guide Jannet loves to take guests to the orchid garden and is interested in developing a project about local birds and the preservation of their habitat.

William Polo was born in Cusco, Peru. As a child he lived in Oropesa town, where he developed and interested on the Inca culture. Two years later he moved to Cusco city and studied tourism and got the Official Tourism Guide degree at the ESITUR Institute. William worked for several years as a guide in the Cusco cathedral. He is currently working as a naturalist Explorer Guide at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel. While there he wants to improve his knowledge in flora and fauna of the cloud forest ecosystem and develop projects related to the sustainable tourism field.

Carmen Rosa was born in Pisac (a cozy town of artisans and farmers of the Sacred Valley). She studied at the Private Institute of "Antonio Lorena" and became a professional tour guide. Carmen Rosa loves to travel and meet people from different countries to share her Peruvian knowledge and culture. Carmen Rosa was able to improve her English while working at the handicraft market of Pisac. After concluding her studies, she worked for several companies such as at Pisac City hall developing a project of Living Tourism for 4 local communities. One of her main goals is to learn more about the flora and fauna of the Cloud Forest Ecosystem. Currently, she is working at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel as an Explorer Guide where she hopes to not only enhance her knowledge but also share Peru´s richness with our travellers.

Angel Layme was born in the city of Cusco (known as the Archaeological capital of America and of the Inca Empire). Angel studied to become an Official Tour Guide and Hotel Management professional. He is fluent in English and French. After completing his studies he worked in some tourism related companies and gained experience in guest service. His passion has always been to convey his love for Andean culture, history and traditions. Nowadays we can find Angel as an Explorer Guide at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel. Due to his interest in ornithology and botany Angel would like to improve his knowledge of the fauna and flora in the cloud forests of the Machu Picchu Sanctuary developing an environmental conservation project in Aguas Calientes town.
