
After traveling by boat for one and a half hours towards the Bolivian Border, you arrive at the Palma Real native village, home to some 70 Ese’ Eja families.
A two-hour visit offers you an insight into the traditions and culture of this indigenous ethnic group, whose simple dwellings inspired the design of the Reserva Amazonica lodge. You will learn their lifestyle and livelihood, hunting and farming techniques, and the challenges the Ese’Eja face in a changing world.
